A Kid Can Change the World

A Kid Can Change the World features four weeks of colorful, age-appropriate resources. Download these free resources to teach children about the importance of generous giving while exploring how Heifer helps end hunger and poverty. The packs come in two levels—elementary (ages 4–10) and secondary (age 11+)—with similar, age-appropriate activities and content for the whole family to learn together. Topics include: Why a cow can be a way to help families have healthier food and better nutrition, how chickens help kids grow healthy bodies and minds, how alpacas help build businesses (includes plenty of adorable alpaca photos and videos), and why bees are important for healthy plants and people.

Organization: Heifer International

Creator Heifer International started with a shipment of seventeen cows to Puerto Rico in 1944. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA, Heifer’s mission is to end hunger and poverty in a sustainable way by supporting and investing alongside local farmers and their communities.
