Mari Copeny: FIGHTING for clean water in the US – BBC My World

Mari Copeny – also known as ‘Little Miss Flint’ – became an activist at the age of 8 when the water supply in her home town of Flint in Michigan was contaminated with lead. She rose to the public spotlight when her letter to President Obama about the water crisis prompted him to visit the city and see it for himself.
